The signs are all around us
It cannot be denied
Our LORD is coming very soon
To carry off His bride.
Evil forces are advancing
Just as He foretold
Pushing their agenda
Through actions strong and bold.
Manipulating science
With schemes that they devise
Inciting fear and violence
To propagate their lies.
Those that stand against them
Are vilified and mocked
And all attempts to share the truth
Aggressively are blocked.
These self-appointed leaders
Declare they know what’s best
To ensure a better future
And bring the planet rest.
The nations must surrender
One government must reign
To ensure peace and equity
At least—That’s what they claim.
But those familiar with God’s word
Know this is Satan’s plan
Establishing his throne on earth
The world at his command.
Our LORD is ever in control
He’s not a bit surprised
For through the prophets long ago
He told of Satan’s rise.
The time allotted for his reign
Is short—God’s word is clear
The LORD will then return as King
It’s oh so very near.
So servants of the LORD take heart
Find strength and power in faith
Share the truth of His great love
With urgency and grace.
